Q: Do you book flights?
A: Yes! I can book your flights or work around ones you've already arranged — your choice.

Q: What else do you book?
A: I also book hotels, rental cars, trains, excursions and activities. Anything you’re looking for not listed? Add it to your inquiry form and we can chat through what is possible.

Q: What types of trips do you specialize in?
A: I plan everything from all-inclusive getaways to custom-curated cultural adventures. Solo, couple, family, and group trips are all welcome.

Q: I don’t even know where I want to go. Can you still help?
A: Absolutely. That’s part of the fun! We'll explore ideas together based on your travel style and preferences.

Q: How far in advance should I start planning?
A: Ideally 3–6 months in advance for international travel or busy seasons — but I can work with tighter timelines if needed.

Q: What’s the process like to work with you?
A: It starts with a free discovery call. From there, I create a custom proposal and guide you through every step — booking, prep, and even support while you’re away.

Q: Do I have to book everything through you?
A: Nope! If you prefer to self-book, I offer a flat-rate fee for itinerary design or review.

Q: Why is trip planning free? What’s the catch?
A: There’s no catch! I earn a commission from hotels and travel partners when you book through me. You get custom planning and support without paying extra — unless you want a premium level of service.

Q: When do you charge a fee?
A: Fees only apply for custom itinerary creation, complex planning, or if you're booking everything on your own. I’ll always let you know in advance.

Q: What if I already booked part of my trip — can you still help?
A: Yes, I offer itinerary reviews and can help enhance your experience with additional bookings or travel prep.

Q: Can you help with group travel or retreats?
A: Definitely. I offer group and corporate travel coordination — reach out for a custom quote based on your group size and needs.

Q: What if something goes wrong during my trip?
A: You’ll have my contact info and support before, during, and after your travels. I’m here to troubleshoot and help get things back on track if needed.

Q: Will I get a printed itinerary?
A: You’ll receive a digital itinerary (via PDF or app), and premium clients can request a printed version as part of concierge planning.
